Booking a Golf Outing at Chandler Park is easy!
A golf outing confirmation agreement will be sent confirming all details; date, starting time, rate, number of players, and any other special details determined to hold that space. Golf outing guests are required to purchase golf carts with their green fees. We can assist in running putting and chipping contests, choosing custom tee prizes, merchandise, and gift cards to help compliment your golf outing. We offer a variety of golf outing menu options designed to accommodate any event. All food and beverages must be provided by the golf club unless otherwise arranged with our event manager. Important Planning Deadlines:
30 days after the golf outing contract is received a non refundable deposit is due which is equal to 25% of the estimated event total which is applied to your total with a signed confirmation agreement.
30-60 days prior to your event we will meet the event manager to discuss details of your event. At this time 50% of estimated event total is due.
10 days prior to your golf outing or golf tournament we require a guaranteed player and meal count and final payment equaling 100% of the event total.
3 days prior to your event a pairing list is requested.
